Fierce Fitness is a high-energy hip-hop dance fitness experience designed to help you feel powerful, confident, and unapologetically YOU. This class combines fun, easy-to-follow choreography with cardio and strength-inspired movements for a full-body workout that challenges both your body and your mindset.

Set to today’s hottest hip-hop, pop, and throwback tracks, Fierce Fitness is about more than just burning calories — it’s about owning your space, embracing your alter ego, and showing up exactly as you are. No dance experience required. Just bring your energy, your attitude, and be ready to sweat.
