I understand that unplanned situations may occur. If you are unable to make it to class, I cancellations are accepted within 24 HOURS NOTICE before the original date/time of the purchased class. Any cancellation made less than 24 HOURS NOTICE will result in forfeit of your ticket/spot and will not be eligible for reimbursement and/or transfer.
